IMAGINE AI

Project Brief

In the summer of 2025, Imagine Learning reached a tipping point; going from a product portfolio with “AI features” to a cohesive AI-driven set of features, tools and algorithmically driven personalization. It was time to give this platform a name and an identity for an initial go-to-market unveiling. A key factor was that Imagine AI, on it’s own, was not a paid-for service; it is a cross-product enhancement being made available to all customers. To that end, internal discussions were purposefully centered on a “visual identity” rather than a “brand”. This helped keep the creative direction focused on establishing a visual language that would simultaneously help to declare “you’re using an AI-driven tool” but also serve to produce a consistent UI/UX experience anywhere Imagine AI is encountered.

Three major tenets were established at the start of the project; the Imagine AI visual identity needed to…

  • embody ideas and concepts we feel good about and are connected to…

  • serve as a foundation for the visual UX/UI of the IAI experience itself…

  • feel like a friendly, helpful and beneficial extension of the IL product experience.
