Project Brief

The What’s Up With… series was a project aimed at de-mystifying the various buzzwords and jargon present in education and edtech spaces. As education became increasingly digital and web-based in nature in the early to middle 2010’s, teachers and educators found themselves having to learn new terms seemingly every quarter. Inspired by outlets such as Kurzgesagt, I decided that pure animation was easier to produce quickly and in-house; avoiding the need to source, hire, and film real-world talent.

I concepted, designed, produced, animated, and narrated both of these of these pieces.
